What makes Dr. Bronner's soap different from conventional soaps?
Our soaps are made with organic, fair trade vegetable oils and are completely biodegradable. Unlike conventional brands, we use no synthetic preservatives, detergents, or foaming agents.
Can I use the 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Soap on my face and hair?
Yes, our Pure-Castile Soap is versatile enough for personal care. For hair, we recommend following up with an acidic rinse, such as our Citrus Organic Hair Rinse, to restore pH balance.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All of our products are certified cruelty-free by the Leaping Bunny Program. Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our lip and body balms which contain organic beeswax.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
